Anil Kumar is an OETC-approved Level II Protection Engineer and DCRP-approved Level II Testing & Commissioning Engineer with nearly 12 years of professional experience in electrical power systems, high-voltage substations, and industrial automation projects.

He has played a key role in the execution and commissioning of major grid and primary substations across the Sultanate of Oman, supporting Oman Electricity Transmission Company (OETC) SAOC and regional distribution utilities, including NMDC.

Mr. Anil Kumar possesses extensive expertise in protection systems, GIS and AIS substations, high-voltage testing up to 400 kV, and the commissioning of complex protection schemes including busbar differential, transformer differential, breaker failure, and inter-tripping systems. His technical background encompasses power transformers, HV/LV switchgear, IEC-61850-based relay systems, solar power plants, and PLC/SCADA automation for industrial facilities.

He is widely recognized for his disciplined approach to safety, regulatory compliance, and project execution. With strong leadership capability, he has successfully managed site teams, coordinated with utilities, consultants, and EPC contractors, and delivered projects from planning through energization in line with contractual and regulatory requirements.
